VENUE 38 - Roslin Pottery, 30 Waverley Place
Fun, Political & Emotional Pottery
For the last 6 months Sarah Keer-Keer of Rosin Pottery has seen their pottery taken over by birds: ducks for the most part, but also wrens, gannets and goldfinches. They've also worked with many new botanical forms: daffodils, dicentre, wisteria… and as always, a batch of politics and emotions.
Sarah is inspired by all the good things around them: they're surrounded by nature and beauty, but also love, community, resistance and people carrying themselves with compassion through hard times.
When everything else is difficult, pottery is their beautiful island.
